NOEL T. HUDSON, ESQ.

Noel Hudson is an experienced attorney licensed to practice law in Kentucky, primarily serving clients in Northern, KY. As a former felony prosecutor for the Kenton County Commonwealth Attorney’s Office, he has first-hand knowledge of the criminal justice process, having prosecuted hundreds of felonies ranging from drug possession to violent crimes.

During his time in as a prosecutor (2018 to 2021), Noel led the rocket docket program for Kenton County and managed specialized programs like the H.E.A.R.T. (Heroin Expedited Addiction Recovery Treatment) Program, connecting drug offenders with treatment instead of jail time.

Private Practice & Defense Focus

In 2022, Noel joined the Law Office of Brian L. Titgemeyer, in Newport, Kentucky.  He provided a personalized and caring approach to clients facing a wide range of family issues including child custody, child support, divorce and personal injury cases.

From 2022 through 2024, Noel passionately served as a defense attorney on the Kenton County Criminal Defense Conflict Panel, providing legal service for indigent individuals. During that time, in May 2023, Noel opened his own practice.

He brings his hands-on approach and insight to criminal defense, family law (including child custody, support, and divorce), and personal injury cases. Noel is committed to providing every client with the same high level of attention and zealous representation he would offer his own family, actively pursuing beneficial outcomes in mediation and litigation.

Noel has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Kentucky and his Juris Doctorate from the Salmon P. Chase College of Law of Northern Kentucky University.
